How easy IS your website to navigate? Keep it clean and easy to navigate. If they can’t find it, they can’t buy it.
Guidance. Customers are looking for step-by-step instructions. How to order, where to go, what to do if something go’s wrong, shipping costs, return policies, money back guarantees etc. Even if it’s in a FAQ section and also offers a way to contact you if they can’t find their answer online.
To be able to leave feedback. The want to talk about their experiences. Send after product/service surveys. People like to share.
Clear calls to action. “Buy Now”, “Sign up for our Newsletter”, “Contact Us”, “Click here for more information”. Customers want signs and buttons in order to act.
How secure is your website? If you have ordering online or allow online payments, what precautions and safeguards do you have in place to secure their personal information?
Special Offers. What makes them special? Is it discount or incentive or coupon? Or a hand-written thank you note or free delivery?
